In 2015 a group of professionals and volunteers, headed by Roberta Morosillo, founded the Glocal Factory Association, which developed into the eponymous cooperative in January 2018.
Its core business includes planning and implementation of projects and training in the fields of education, innovative learning, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, migrants’ integration, for young and adult people.

As experts in European project design and management and in education ad trainning, we support Third Sector organizations in addressing the challenges and needs of their local communities while promoting collaboration with international communities as well.
Through strategic planning, cooperative partnerships, extensive support and specialized training initiatives, we strive to foster sustainable growth, innovation and social impact. Providing organizations with skills, resources, and networks, we aim to empower them to lead the change and be strategic for a more inclusive future.

Education
We believe that education is the primary driver of empowerment. That's why we strive to innovate content and methodologies in formal, non-formal, and informal education for children, adolescents, and adults alike, to ensure that everyone has access to quality learning opportunities regardless of their background.
Entrepreneurship | Labour inclusion
We are committed to empowering marginalized groups such as migrants, women, NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in their endeavors towards labor inclusion by offering resources, mentorship, and opportunities for skill development.
Social Inclusion
We fight discrimination in all its forms. We stand in solidarity with migrants, vulnerable, and disadvantaged populations, to create spaces of belonging and opportunity for all, where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
Fight against racism, xenophobia, violence against women, disinformation
We stand firmly against all forms of discrimination and injustice. Through advocacy, awareness-raising, and community outreach we work to foster mutual understanding and solidarity within our communities.
Civic Commitment and Participation
With a special focus on the younger generation, we encourage active participation in civic life and democratic processes, empowering young people to voice their concerns, contribute to positive change, and shape the future of our communities.

Education & Training
We provide targeted training for social planning. In addition, through the AENET Consortium, funded by the Erasmus+ KA1 programme, we offer teachers, adult educators and youth workers the opportunity to engage in international training and educational programmes abroad. In addition, we design and provide training programmes and resources for educators and youth workers who come to us for their professional development.

Seminars
