Glocal Factory designs and implements projects granted by the European Union and other public and private institutions, aimed at social inclusion, people and community empowerment, sustainable development.
We are currently engaged, together with other Italian and European partners, in implementing 15 transnational projects funded by the EU in the frame of the Erasmus Plus Programme:

CultNET
Building capacities and exchange among youth workers on culture for inclusion.
Cult-Net aims is to raise the capacities of youth workers, active in the peripheral areas, to integrate inclusion measures in their work and use culture as a way to foster youth inclusion and participation.

MiGreat!
Supporting Migrants into CVET.
The “MiGreat! Supporting Migrants into CVET” is an Erasmus+ project (2016-2018), which aims to develop training procedures and tools to support training and employability of migrants.
Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Greece, are the countries involved in the project.
“MiGreat!” aims to improve the skills of VETPROs working with immigrants, migrant workers and refugees transferring the successful “CICERO” vocational training pedagogy and methodology used in Sweden.

Grandma’s Story
Engaging migrant youth in their local communities.
The primary objective of the project Grandma’s Story is to engage and include young people of migrant or refugee background in their local community by developing skills in interpretation, heritage and media, in a setting of migration, tolerance and diversity. The secondary objective is to extend and develop youth workers’ competence for working in and with museums and galleries, heritage and community associations especially those within areas of larger ethnic minority populations.
